Refund Policy


1. Treatments
Due to the nature of cosmetic and holistic treatments, results vary by individual. Therefore, we do not offer
refunds on services. If you are unhappy with your results or experience a complication, please contact us at
info@vitaluxe.uk or 01329 448 677 within 7 days so our practitioners can evaluate the concern.
2. Retail Products
Skincare products and physical items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible,
items must be unopened, completely unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Used or s
ale items are strictly non-refundable.
3. Course and Package Bookings
Pre-paid treatment courses, membership packages, and monthly plans cannot be refunded. Should you
develop a medical condition that prevents you from completing your course, please speak to your practitioner.
We may, at our discretion, freeze or transfer your remaining balance to other services.
4. Deposits and Cancellations
A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable if you
miss your appointment or fail to provide adequate notice.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for standard appointments and waxing.

For specialised aesthetic treatments, 48 to 72 hours' notice may be required.

Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
5. Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers and digital gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used
within 12 months of the purchase date.
